1. Q. I'm looking for a new car with a certain specification, my local Dealer does not have one. How do I find the new car I am looking for?
A. Your local Dealer should search our database and if necessary contact our sales office should a further search be required.
2. Q. How do I obtain a radio code for my vehicle?
A. Radio Codes are security codes to prevent the use of stolen radios. To obtain a code you need to visit your local Dealer, they will require proof of your identity and proof of vehicle ownership. They will use the serial number from the back of the radio to request a code from the radio manufacturer. An administration charge will be made for this service by the Dealer.
3. Q. Where do I find the service history on my vehicle?
A. We do not hold a central service history file for vehicles. Each of our Dealers are independent businesses and maintain their own independent records.
4. Q. What Warranty do I have on my vehicle?
A. Chrysler Group vehicles sold in the UK carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty plus a 3rd year maximum 60,000 miles warranty against manufacturing defects (also see details regarding wear and tear items).
5. Q. What Warranty cover do I have on wear and tear items?
A. Brake discs, drums and clutch discs are covered for 3 years or 24,000 miles, whichever is the earlier, against manufacturing defects but not wear and tear. Brake pads, linings and wiper blades are covered for 3 years or 12,000 miles against manufacturing defects but not wear and tear.
6. Q. What corrosion warranty does my vehicle have?
A. Corrosion warranty covers any outer-body metal panel that gets holes from rust or other corrosion. The warranty has time and distance limits as follows;
" For sheet metal panels, the limit is 2 years with unlimited distance.
" For an outer-body sheet metal panel, one that is finished-painted and that can be seen when walking around the vehicle, the time limit is 7 years with unlimited distance.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic or surface corrosion resulting for example from stone chips, scratches or bird lime in the paint.
7 Q. What warranty coverage do I have on accessories fitted to my new vehicle before or after delivery?
A. For new vehicles registered after June 2005 Genuine Chrysler Group and Startech by BRABUS accessories fitted to new vehicles at PDI carry 3 years or 60,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Genuine Chrysler Group and Startech by BRABUS accessories fitted at any other time carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.
8. Q. I have ordered a new car, how do I track the order, how do I find out the delivery date?
A. The progress of your order can be checked by the ordering dealer. Delivery dates are always subject to shipping schedules, so dates given or supplied are estimates only.
9. Q. How can I purchase a part/accessory for my vehicle?
A. Parts and accessories can be purchased from your local Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Dealer. To find your local Dealer use our Dealer Locator.
10. Q. I have a question about the finance I have on my car, where do I get more information and who do I talk to?
A. You need to contact the finance company you have finance with. If this is with Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge Finance contact Chrysler Financial Services (link to contacting us page , or once live link to CG Finance FAQ section)
11. Q. What baby seat will fit my car?
A. The appropriate baby or child seat varies depending on the vehicle you have and the age/size of your child, contact you local dealer for the latest information.
12. Q. I have a problem with my vehicle, who do I contact?
A. Should you experience a breakdown, run out of fuel or lose your keys during your warranty period - Our Privilege Breakdown Service will help you get back on the road as soon as possible. 13. Q. I have a complaint about the quality of the goods or service provided by my dealer, what do I do?
A. Your complaint should be referred to the supplying or servicing dealer at the earliest opportunity. This should be done preferably in writing to a member of their Management Team. Should you wish, you can copy this communication to us, please include details such as the registration number and chassis number of your vehicle, your phone number and details of which dealer you are referring to.
14. Q. I am importing a vehicle into the UK, how do I get a Certificate of Conformity (CoC), a Declaration of Compliance (DoC) or Date of Manufacture confirmation?

These requests can take up to 4 weeks to complete and will incur an administration fee, current fees are £105.75 inc VAT for CoC and DoC documents and £29.38 inc VAT for Date of Manufacture confirmation.
